The clutch of a Tomos moped goes a long way, but this piece of engineering does not have eternal life. By wear and contamination of the various parts the clutch can't function properly. Thus, the spring ring, for example, is notorious due to the rattling of the clutch, a phenomenon that is recognized by much Tomos enthusiasts.
It is often possible for experienced amateur mechanics to repair a clutch. The parts above can be found in the shop of JMPB parts. These are "loose" parts such as a pressure spring, clutch hubs for the 1st and 2nd gear, bearing bushing, spacer rings or spring clips. We also sell complete clutch kits. At us you will find an original 2th gear clutch set for Tomos A35 or a three-piece clutch shoe set.
